Nutrihealth1to1 always wants to hear from you. If you have any questions about us, about our plans, about how it all works, any query about nutrition and/or health, please do get in touch. Email us right here - please include a phone number if you would like to talk without obligation to one of our consultants; we'll do our best to reply as quickly as possible. We'd be grateful if you could try to keep it reasonably brief: our mailboxes can get really busy! (Check your spam folder, just in case our reply gets posted there by mistake.)

Contacting your nutrition consultant

When you enrol on one of our plans you will receive an email from your personal nutrition consultant. Please use that email address to contact them at any time. Questions about your plan, your progress, nutritional queries, recipe questions, whatever. They will reply promptly. If there is any delay, please forward your email to our general inquiries mailbox (above) - your consultant will let you know if they are going to be away for any reason.

Confidentiality

It is very important to us that your questions and all other communications with us remain strictly confidential. We do not store your details on any databases, your conversations with your consultant remain totally private - and we never, ever, share your data or personal details with any third party.
